Shipping Information

Return Period

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Any items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

When Wearing

• Avoid wearing your jewelry during exercise, showering, swimming, or sleeping.

• Perfume, sweat, and other chemicals may cause discoloration. Please ensure your skin is dry before wearing.

• Due to the nature of the materials, avoid strong force or impact to prevent deformation.

• Not recommended for sensitive skin.

Cleaning

• Gently wipe with a soft polishing cloth.

• For silver items, use a silver cleaner or solution. However, avoid liquid cleaners on pieces with gemstones.

• For plated jewelry, do not use harsh cleaners or chemicals. Maintain only with a dry cloth.

Storage

• Prolonged exposure to air and humidity may cause discoloration.

• Store in an airtight bag or protective pouch when not in use.

• Keep different metals and gemstones separate to prevent scratches from friction.
